Mala Necklace with Semi-Precious Gemstones Workshop

DETAILS

A Mala is a strand of 108 beads traditionally made with a large bead at the end (called a Guru Bead) and a tassel. Also known as "Buddhist Prayer Beads" mala necklaces are valued for their calming beauty and positive vibes. This workshop teaches participants how to make their own personal mala necklace and the importance of different gemstones. Every gemstone is said to have different properties, energies, and meaning: Amethyst brings strength and stability to the wearer, Rose Quartz is a beautiful stone for love and forgiveness, and Clear Quartz works in clearing out negativity, just to list a few. Mala necklaces are very popular around the world and used for meditation or prayer.  Anyone can wear them no matter their faith or background.  Malas represent self-love and the wearer's personal intentions- they are also perfect as gifts for friends and loved ones!

Finishe Product: One Mala necklace made from semi-precious gemstones.
