Assistant Manager - Marketing & PR

Responsibilities: 

- Strategize, execute and manage the marketing and PR of the venue
- Assist with collaterals design and provide creative ideas
- Copywrite all materials for the space in English and Chinese
- Work with Project manager to source and procure Designers / Seminars / Master Classes etc
- Develop annual marketing & PR budget
- Drive visitation to Loupe Space
- Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Communicate with various media buyers, media outlets, printers, and other services to help marketing/PR projects come to fruition
- Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proven 6 years’ working experience in Design / Jewellery sector
- Strong network within the regional and international Design / Jewellery sector
- Excellent People management skill
- Strong management and Leadership skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor degree in a related disciplines

Full-time / Part-time Brand Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:

- Provide customer services for artistic jewellery gallery, including introduction of background & history, arrangements of seminars & workshops, serving the sale of jewellery products, etc
- Interact with customers proactively to deliver exhibition concept, seminars & workshops, and handle customers’ enquiries professionally
- Provide general clerical & administrative support as well as facilities management
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks & projects as assigned
- Work Location: PMQ located at Central

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service attitude and manners with strong sense of responsibility
- Pro-active, energetic with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Customer service experience / jewellery knowledge would be an advantage
