Kobo Sin is a Hong Kong-based multidisciplinary artist and product designer, graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her work ranges from jewellery, paintings, sculptural objects, to mixed media pieces – but always with a surreal or imaginative twist.
Her exploration of desire, form and the human body has led to study and work in Germany, the UK, Iceland, and the US, picking up inspiration along the way. She has recently begun creating jewellery utilising techniques from the intersection of product and industrial design.
She participated in artist residency in Gumma, Japan and Russe, Romania. Her work has been exhibited at Duddell’s, Bound and XXX gallery in Hong Kong. She was a Finalist of ‘‘The Power of 10’’ held by Aluminium Urban Living and winner of the Köln International School of Design yearbook competition.
